Get a stable campaign and be consistent. Get back to team huddles and weekly team meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was chosen for more responsibility in my position and was not compensated the difference when my position changed from speaking to people on the phone vs chatting with customers online.
