Telvista Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It includes benefits that most companies list as a fee. The pricing is competitive and the insurance coverage is great!

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are acceptable and actual compensation needs improvement.

Review from HR Dept

Being paid competitively and fairly

In addition to regular pay, there is the ability to get paid extra for performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is fair and reasonable

The best part is being compensated.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Person time off it give me the ability to have emergency time off when needed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is competitive, however, I always look to increase comp wherever possible.

The benefits are affordable and generous.

Review from Customer Support Dept

That we have good benefits and also PTO

Review from HR Dept

401k,life and health and pet insurance

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We haven't had a yearly raise. We aren't getting our service recognition days. We get told to expect positive changes to our benefits, only for it to be negative.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't feel undervalued, everyone makes me feel truly valued at Telvista.

I have to work onsite when the majority are off-site. That is like giving them a $200 month pay raise while the onsite employees are pushed further financially to the edge by their lower compensation.

Review from IT Dept

no raises or cost of living increases yearly. Health care is so high and not affordable.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay and much better benefits.

Review from IT Dept

For the work we do in this campaign we should be compensated better we are nurtures sellers and make sure the customer has great customer experience while doing our job effectively

Review from Customer Support Dept

The cost of living is going up weekly monthly and gas is also going back up you have employees who drives long ways to work

Review from Admin Dept

Annual raises or some form of sliding scale for pay.

Review from Sales Dept

A cost of living raise. Compensation is not meeting my needs to due to out of control inflation just to live daily.

Review from IT Dept

Times have changed and living expenses have increased Dallas Texas is the most expressivist place to live in the Nation. Years with out appropriate cost of living increases impact us greatly.

Review from Customer Support Dept

no annual increases in pay. working in multiple roles, but barely making more than new hires

Review from Customer Support Dept

The base pay should have an increase

Review from Sales Dept

we are expected to go above and beyond and retain the customer and can make $30,000 for the company and only take home $500 as a bonus and thats pretty low its like we are expected to work harder and make the company more money for us to never see a real profit in our own pockets

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its a call center it can be very stressful and overwhelming, plus the cost of living is going up so I don't feel the pay is fair we have alot of things to do and learn so I feel like it should be more like other call centers

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't feel that they understand I try my best to really make them proud, instead I get negative feedback that frustrate me.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay to match the cost of living for my area.

Review from Admin Dept

other team members expected to meet same standards

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay rate and no room for growth

Review from Sales Dept

Being ITO'd if not reaching RPC when 60 % of calls have no opportunity

Review from Customer Support Dept

Higher Pay would make me feel better
