Bring more agents that are qualified to do the job so there's not so much turnover.

Well according to Management it cannot be improved. We are asked to do miracles with a class of employee that doesn't care. If you cannot provide a higher pay scale it is what it is. Even when Recruiting, Training, and Production do their best.

you can make $3000 on day and stay all day but next day take 5 calls and make no money and are sent home that affects are pay and as a single parents its hard when you dont make 80 hours a week lucky to see 60 hours a pay period and then was told we would get a raise after so long and nothing

The call system and everything is outdated. You utilize too many workers to call and seemingly harrass people. Its 2022. If you want serious consultation, hire me to do that. I can elevator pitch you and discuss compensation.

First off. These surveys. I understand the point. However, if you're going to ask us to do surveys, don't say it's anonymous and then ask us what department/team we're on. It's contradicting. Second, it's be nice to know who the leadership team is composed of. I don't even know who the CEO is.

it would appear that much has changed in my time with the company. we seem to have less and less control over what we are doing and instead are allowing the Client to dictate it more and more.

Make sure the clients are on the same knowledge level as leadership. Coming up with some sort of culture classes, for management to be able to learn about others culture and how to approach different situations when they feel that they aren't being treated equally due to culturistic situations.

Some music playing on the floor, just like quietly in the background, would help a little. It would also be nice if we could have some of the events like we used to have at the old center, with the birthday/anniversary cake and stuff.
