The girl I talked with was very nice and understanding

I was interviewed by a nice person and one of the few real managers Tenaris has. Without him they would never have survived in Canada. He is the real deal, the Steve Jobs of Tenaris.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest about hours expected to work

Be honest during interviews on expectations of working long hours, a lot of fake positive reviews on glassdoor.

Dont lie. Don't discriminate. Contact me. Dont ignore me and leave me on read.

Eliminate the assessment centers and ridiculous "tests" and activities. Quicker response time. It should not take 2 MONTHS to hear back. I believe the HR rep who contacted me quit or got fired.

Way to many tests for such little pay

Communication and information for new hires being laid out properly

Supply some feedback and be fair.

Well when I was interviewed they told me I had the job and would get hold of me in 2 days, that never happened and 2 months later I phoned to see what was up, they forgot about me and said well, come in next week on such n such a day

Stop hiring so many people that dont like to work.

More intelligence testing , and mechanical competence testing
