The culture at Tenaris is so messed up they have a high rate of turnover because of the management and it's a one-way street and nobody cares they care about their bonuses and how they look as individuals Quincy is a prime example of what Tenaris does not want and need

Do not discriminate against women
Equipment needs to be fixed, leading to a lack of product for customers, making customers wait for our product, or they receive product shopped in from out-of-country.
Last minute schedule changes and posting. Importing of product from mexico needs to stop. Pool management team.

Needs better communication from management. Lack of experience and training is being provided for new hires for specialized operator jobs.

Employees need to be paid a proper wage and benefit package, be properly trained, be given proper access to advancement within the company, and be treated as employees not as assets.
Give workers the proper tools to work with and quit with the intimidation tactics
The pipe is not getting out in time and management blames the workers.
We voice are opinions all the time. Nobody ever listens and things get worse. They only care about pipe moving . Micro second delay and they send you to HR .

Bring back the dedicated employees. Who have stuck by TENARIS thru thick & thin. It is better to get what you pay for instead of trying to go the CHEAP ROUTE & THESE NEW PEOPLE DON’T EVEN LAST. They are not discipline & do not respect work ethics. They also take advantage of their supervisor

Company has no communication from top to bottom. it would be better if they actually sat down and listen to ground level members. Management make decisions blindly.
