Communication and treating people with respect. Provide transparency and stop treating employees like garbage by manipulating and creating toxic work environments.

Communication is horribly lacking. Two different directions given by two different people, and no one knows how to talk to each other

Communication. Admitting employees can have good ideas that are better than theirs. Stop thinking employees are stupid and cannot see what is happening all around them. Above all, treat employees like you would want to be treated yourself.
