Difficult to answer, as there is very little positive working in that kind of environment. I suppose the fact that we get paid every 2 weeks is positive.

Fix things when they break so the mill can run smoothly imstead of blaiming the employees for the mills poor opperation. Stop refusing vacations because the company is too cheap to have people trained to cover certaim jobs.

They need to care more about the mill and less about the shareholders.
Equipment needs to be fixed, proper planning on day to day movements need to be implemented, communication needs to be improved between management, supervisors, and workers.
