Mr. Andrew H. Johnston, also known as Andy, has been Chief Operating Officer of East at United Surgical Partners International Inc. (USPI) since August 2, 2017. Mr. Johnston served as Group President of Operations at United Surgical Partners International Inc. until August 2, 2017. Mr. Johnston oversees the operational functions of ambulatory surgery centers in the East market. He has been a Member of the USPI team since 2001 through the acquisition of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation where he served as Vice President of Clinic Operations from 1997 to 2001. Since 2001, he has served as Regional Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Development and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Johnston graduated from Brown University and received his Master of Healthcare Administration from Duke University.
