Mr. Timothy P. Adams, also known as Tim, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Texas Region at Tenet Healthcare Corp. Mr. Adams served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Park Health System, L.P. from March 2010 to May 2, 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of IASIS Healthcare Holdings Inc., a General Partner of Odessa Regional Medical Center. Mr. Adams served as the President of Florida Market at IASIS Healthcare LLC and IASIS Healthcare Corporation since July 2004. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Odessa Regional Hospital, one of Iasis Healthcare LLC Texas facilities, from October 2002 to June 2004. Prior to joining IASIS, he was employed by Province Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer of Parkview Regional Hospital and Palastine Regional Medical Center from March 1999 to September 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Adams was employed by HCA and Health Management Associates in various other senior management positions. Prior to 1996, he served as a Manager with the Healthcare Regulatory Group of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP's Dallas, Texas office.
