Terex pay is very poor - well below other companies. Pay workers fairly, also give employees opportunities to increase salary,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management were not very understanding, opportunities to progress career depended on what department you were in, workers in other departments seem to progress much quicker despite working less hours
