All teammates are willing to assist when needed, all very profession, willing to take time and answer questions and are very easy to get a long with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A small % will go out of there way to do as little as possible (look busy, accomplish very little) A small % do the bare min. Then you have the one that go above and beyond to make that place function.
This company has no experienced leaders on what it takes to make a safe product more concerned about the profit and share holders returns!!!!!! My point of view.
Stand up to management and not endanger your life for a very small wage
