Very much micromanaged and fast paced. Breaks and lunches are not encouraged.

It is diverse and inclusive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Meetings about how to treat women

Human resources that serve the whole company and not just senior leadership staff.

Management, some policy's and over all communications. The leadership in our shop has lost the focus of the shop. Supervisor have a problem confronting real problem issues.
