During the covid pandemic Terex policy is to point you while being on a forced leave of absent. While waiting for results to a drug test you will be pit on leave without pay until you get results.its been 8 days and counting. This is just a small example of what goes on. Poor leadership all around.

Being leaders, doing this type of work requires a certain type of leader.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
QUALITY LEADERSHIP, SHOW YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY MATTER. CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE VIEW THE WORK CONDITIONX.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management, some policy's and over all communications. The leadership in our shop has lost the focus of the shop. Supervisor have a problem confronting real problem issues.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not all terex facilities require the same hiring process, or rules for that matter. Not everyone is the same. Stop treating people as they are all the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Texex pay scale is set up on a socialist system. I'm a welder, it take a certain kind of skill to do this type of work. A metal prep job pays the same, requires significant less skill to perform.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A small % will go out of there way to do as little as possible (look busy, accomplish very little) A small % do the bare min. Then you have the one that go above and beyond to make that place function.
