I like getting challenging work. It does get dull when things are the same old same old

Most of the employees came over from another company so most of us knew each other prior to starting the job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As I said most of us came over from another company and I was one of the last ones over because they knew I was the "captain of the ship" in my last company and I couldn't leave just yet. My new job was waiting for me.
