Out of touch senior leadership. Overall negative environment, employees are angry with management and work is unappreciated. Lots of turn over with work load expected to be picked up by those left even if that means 1 person doing 5 jobs. Not a good place to work - would not recommend.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are trying to do their best under very difficult circumstances. Navigating getting results when company makes it hard to be successful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to its employees. Culture is toxic and negative. Actually appreciating diversity not just saying it as part of a core value.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture is collaborative but indecisive. Culture does not respect diversity and inclusion despite it being a core value. Work life balance is difficult with time off hard to take.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is well below market. Especially since many are doing more than one job due to high resignation rates and not backfilling of critical roles. Benefits are behind and haven't changed in years.
