We have had turnover at every level of management. We continue to hire people who have NO idea about leadership. Just as long as they can set the deadline first and define the work second.
No communication from management and too aggressive
Listening to its employees. Culture is toxic and negative. Actually appreciating diversity not just saying it as part of a core value.
Fix the culture, cut toxic people
Leadership doesn't have a clear vision for the future. Projects that are prioritized aren't funded or staffed as upper management chases nonsensical skunkworks dreams.
Flex PTO is a nice option. Company loads most of our holidays in Dec and bonus in June to retain folks

Pay is well below market. Especially since many are doing more than one job due to high resignation rates and not backfilling of critical roles. Benefits are behind and haven't changed in years.

Fire toxic people, cut layers of management
There are a lot of underperformers at all levels. They really undermine the products and performance of others. Honestly, there should really be layoffs
