What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

If it wasn't for my coworkers I would have quite ages ago

The people - love them !

A family oriented culture.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Supervisor and pay scale is discouraging

Culture is collaborative but indecisive. Culture does not respect diversity and inclusion despite it being a core value. Work life balance is difficult with time off hard to take.

Fire toxic people, cut layers of management

There are a lot of underperformers at all levels. They really undermine the products and performance of others. Honestly, there should really be layoffs
