Flex PTO is a nice option. Company loads most of our holidays in Dec and bonus in June to retain folks

Most people will not see a promotion unless it is demanded. The best people leave because they are under valued. Knowledge or work ethic has nothing to do with compensation. A promotion would mean better benefits like bonuses or 401k payouts. Cost of living doubling in CO is ignored in reviews.

Pay is well below market. Especially since many are doing more than one job due to high resignation rates and not backfilling of critical roles. Benefits are behind and haven't changed in years.
Been working for years but no raises at all
Underpaid compared to other engineering companies. Very difficult to get a raise it promotion.
