What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and alignment in that communication. There are inconsistency that make achieving objectives difficult. There is much reactivity rather than proactivity.
This is perplexing to say the least.
Professional development and not force ranking employees at year end review.
A knowledge of what actually happens in the warehouse would benefit one of our team leaders !
Transparent communication, stop treating ppl as means to an end, at least pretend that you care
Be more transparent in their communication. Stop treating people like means to an end and at least pretend that they care for employees.
Start caring about employees and develop them.
Create a strategy and then execute it flawlessly.
