What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and alignment in that communication. There are inconsistency that make achieving objectives difficult. There is much reactivity rather than proactivity.
This is perplexing to say the least.
Professional development and not force ranking employees at year end review.
A knowledge of what actually happens in the warehouse would benefit one of our team leaders !
Transparent communication, stop treating ppl as means to an end, at least pretend that you care

benefits cover family, and other things

Salary, bonus, and benefits are competitive. Compensation is about value. Part of that value is the positive company culture, work-life balance, and belief in Teva's mission. We are compensated well and get to work at a great company with really good people.

Fair market value salary, bonus structure lackikg as gosls seem unattainable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay could be more competitive. Job titles need improvement as well
Compensation was good. When the organization cut dividend and all perks in equity everyone fled - this was by design to thin the herd.
It is low compared to other pharma companies.
Pay a fair salary and align benefits with other companies
This is the most corrupt company on the planet

Team collaboration and oppertunity to learn from one another.
My team is collaborative, supportive, and focused on work that benefits all stakeholders. We always think about the patients we serve, caring about our co-workers, and doing what is right for other stakeholders.

The trust levels are not where they need to be to improve teamwork across organizational silos.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a very poor poor culture, unethical and extremely poor in allowing bad behavior from upper management.
It is respective, collaborative, and enables open communication. We are not micromanaged. Senior leaders trust people to do their best work.

Stop treating employees like a liability
Teva is a very lean organisation, it could do with having more options for early careers - which means that managers need more space to lead

What makes you most happy at work?
Customer interface in a day to day setting.
People, the work we do, and when Teva is helping patients which is critical. Teva's generic products, and specialty brands, are exceptional. What we give to patients is superb.
Learning new things, setting our own procedures
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Coat cutting strategy instead of having a hard look at problems and tackling them a t core
Company is not honoring payments, trying to prolong payments
Teva's Board needs to announce the new CEO and start to right the ship.
