Communication and alignment in that communication. There are inconsistency that make achieving objectives difficult. There is much reactivity rather than proactivity.

This is perplexing to say the least.

Professional development and not force ranking employees at year end review.

A knowledge of what actually happens in the warehouse would benefit one of our team leaders !

Salary, bonus, and benefits are competitive. Compensation is about value. Part of that value is the positive company culture, work-life balance, and belief in Teva's mission. We are compensated well and get to work at a great company with really good people.

Pay could be more competitive. Job titles need improvement as well

Compensation was good. When the organization cut dividend and all perks in equity everyone fled - this was by design to thin the herd.

It is low compared to other pharma companies.

Pay a fair salary and align benefits with other companies

This is the most corrupt company on the planet

My team is collaborative, supportive, and focused on work that benefits all stakeholders. We always think about the patients we serve, caring about our co-workers, and doing what is right for other stakeholders.

This is a very poor poor culture, unethical and extremely poor in allowing bad behavior from upper management.

It is respective, collaborative, and enables open communication. We are not micromanaged. Senior leaders trust people to do their best work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Customer interface in a day to day setting.

People, the work we do, and when Teva is helping patients which is critical. Teva's generic products, and specialty brands, are exceptional. What we give to patients is superb.

Coat cutting strategy instead of having a hard look at problems and tackling them a t core

Company is not honoring payments, trying to prolong payments

Teva's Board needs to announce the new CEO and start to right the ship.
