Texas Health Resources Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

benefits are the best part of my comp

Cheaper insurance and great options for PCPs

Fair pricing and normal compared to most

It is reviewed and communicated where I'm paid annually with regard to the market and increases are given timely and according to what's happening in my job.

Review from HR Dept

Not sure honestly, it took a while to get to a fair ish wage

401k match, good health insurance

Profit sharing, pto, std, Ltd

Review from HR Dept

The PTO bank is nice to have.

Review from Admin Dept

Annual Bonus if THR meets its metrics.

Review from IT Dept

In IT we can work from home a few days a week. It's a really great benefit!

Review from IT Dept

That if you do family they do not charge per member it?

Our health care benefits, although changing, exceeds what other "out there" are getting. Also, the monthly cost is pretty good.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The PTO days include both sick time and vacation, so I am not penalized for not being out sick !

Review from IT Dept

My paid time off accrual

Review from Customer Support Dept

affordable medical coverage and 401k

Review from Admin Dept

fair and competitive comapred to other companies

Students reimbursement

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hard workers get treated the worst.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is fair only for leaders not for employees , nurses who work so hard , attrition is so high in those levels

Lower cost medical as an employee of THR is needed!

They mislead employees constantly about the integrity of the company.

They increase the job responsiblities continuously and make the job harder with less resources.

Review from Operations Dept

Competitive pay would help, which would mitigate the big turnover rate. In my previous organizations I was able to go to continuing education conferences that was paid for by the hospital.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that I am underpaid.

Review from HR Dept

health insurance is expensive. Need to be affordable
