A lack of empathy and toxic manager primarily because this manager lays the foundation for other bad behaviors in our dept. screaming, or overworking staff.

Listen to employees specially talent they bring from outside , live the values and the mission you talk about , focus on quality of care which has not improved from last several years , the business has become all about the huge cash in bank

Learn the business of patient care, keeping that at the forefront of all policy. Take their employee retention program and shove it

Yes, increase on raises. We have to make a decent amount in this economy. This is why there is hogh turnover.

Hard workers get treated the worst.

Compensation is fair only for leaders not for employees , nurses who work so hard , attrition is so high in those levels

Lower cost medical as an employee of THR is needed!

They mislead employees constantly about the integrity of the company.

Being open and honest and employees cannot do that due to leadership and some old tenured executives including the CEO who is just waiting to retire

It's a big company and for the most part our company culture is exceptional. Of course there are managers that stink - but that's life sometimes.
