It is reviewed and communicated where I'm paid annually with regard to the market and increases are given timely and according to what's happening in my job.

we get things completely on time
Only some team members are the best, honest wholehearted people.
We work together well and everyone is kind.
Open, fun, talkative amd just good people
Me myself and I... we have good camaraderie for the most part. Just a few bad actors like any place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everything is great at work
Some people we interact with just for the time being can make this negative culture positive at that time.
The supervisor is very understanding. The staff memebers all work together really well making it easy to get the jobs done.
I love that the culture of THR is big on diversity and making everyone feel valued and important.
