There's little to no overhead enforcement. It's as if clients can get away with whatever they please.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It undervalues the work of writers and content creators. Clients are difficult and benefits are not offered because it's freelance. Writers get continuously ripped off for ridiculous reasons and are compensated below minimum wage. It's disgraceful.
