its good when allowed to do your job. Its not so good when "new" tasks are dropped in your lap without consideration of what you are current working on

Terrible communication with employees at the individual employee level. If things are going well upper management is your best friend, if things aren't going well they look for people to blame but never look at themselves. Not a good place to be if you want career growth and stability.
