What do people at The Cato Institute think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The current CEO is very friendly and efficient. They hold annual staff meetings to let the employees know about the company's progress over the year and where we are headed. One thing they can improve upon is letting people work from home if their particular job allows it.
How's the work life balance at The Cato Institute?
It's fairly good. No one is required to work beyond 5:30 pm except if there are after hour events in which case, employees working extra hours are allowed to take comp time off
How's the vacation policy at The Cato Institute?
Better than the average American policy. 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 3 weeks maternity leave and one week paternity leave.
