Overall I've had good experiences, character building and growing experiences both through good and bad situations. I think this company has definitely held develop me in many ways although I do wish there was more formal executive training or development established.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Improving the benefits such as a car allowance would be beneficial since most executives travel to the various locations the company has.
