Everyone has a great attitude, and look at them as friend not just as co workers. everyone enjoys their work which makes for a great atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How easy they make it to reach them (true open door policy)- the proactive tools given to us to accomplish our jobs in the best and most efficient manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone has the same attitude of get the loan done from Top of management down to the LOAs. we all ask, how can we make the loan work, not "how does it not work"
