I love my job and what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have a bonus package for my position. It is fair and obtainable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is like a family. We all know each other and care what happens to each other. It makes it worth coming to work each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager always takes my call, has my answers (or finds them and gets back to me right away) solves my issue. It makes for a good work environment when I know I have good support staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, we communicate. We know how to get the job done correctly and efficiently as a team. It is not a one man job and it good knowing I have the support staff to work with.
