Management always makes me feel that my voice matters, my work is valued and they appreciate me. And, I feel the company is truly trying to make every borrower's dream of owning home come true. It feels good to be a part of that.

My co-workers and being able to finance borrower's dreams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very comfortable talking with upper management about work and even my personal life. I feel they truly care all around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our hard work for going above and beyond is able to be quantified and we are able to be paid on the more we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an open team and are very comfortable with one another. We interact every day in our team chat and have a weekly video conference for updates, info and general interaction. We look out for one another on files and even just schedule coverage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open and honest with us about expectations from the team and for the company. They recognize hard work and show appreciation for when we go above and beyond. Management cares about us personally as well and often check in just to see how things are going and if we need anything.
