The fact that the team is assertive, they exude positive energy often, which sets a positive environment to work in, lastly they are always willing to help when needed.

What I like best about my leadership team is that everyone seems eager to help, I always feel satisfied after asking for assistance with something. I comfortable to ask for help when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to come to work because I know that my previous days work has been done, I am also comfortable and knowledgeable about position and what is expected of me everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture at the company is that there is a sense of urgency because of the fact that we are in the mortgage industry, however the way the process is streamlined so smoothly, you don't feel the stress and anxiety you typically feel at other mortgage companies.
