This is the 1st company I have worked for that the leadership and ownership are aware of the culture and set the pace everyday of a positive environment for growth while supporting local markets and customers who would not have opportunity for home ownership with any other lender or bank.

We are all working together as a family. Supporting each other and challenging each other when it is needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair in the market place and clear on goals. Also gives me opportunity to earn higher with meeting attainable goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others. Being able to support customers and employees to achieving their personal goals. Supporting the company initiatives each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are wokring to support Communities in the local areas and markets that we all work in. I love that we are supporting more and more families with product support and mortgage knowldge to help them with their home ownership needs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive all members of my team no matter the role they are in, they are always clear on expectations for me to achieve and they are there for me anytime I reach out to listen and supply direction or they reach out to me to check in regularly to insure I have what I need to be successful
