they dont micromanage us, they let us manage our time according to our pipeline

They are there for us when we need them as soon as they can

I see other co-workers getting more compensation than what i get, and they are newer to the business and way to less experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
we're connected and help each other, this is with my main team members only which who i work most of the time of most of the files
