Some of the smartest people in the world; work really hard to do the right thing for the client.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better leadership with a vision beyond an interim contract. Last 3 year business plan evidence of lack of leadership beyond initial contract. Hospitals cancelled contract as a result.
