Salary less than local average while offering client best in class talent. High turn around of contracted/employed staff.

Old-school managerial style. New ideas discouraged. Senior staff typically treated like junior workers. New leadership needed if company is to survive.

Delegate decision making, establish the right financial incentives for groups to work together. Seek out thought leadership from the various groups.

Better leadership with a vision beyond an interim contract. Last 3 year business plan evidence of lack of leadership beyond initial contract. Hospitals cancelled contract as a result.

Change in pre contract on the ground team

More listening from leadership on company direction; less top-down edicts. Change the staffing mix - need more junior people to support senior associates.

Change lead team and have realistic hiring plan.
