Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The EC & MC were penalized for missing plan by 4% in 2025. That would be understandable in a good year but last year was very difficult economically & geopolitically -- so much uncertainty as per the C-Suite Outlook. It feels like they are being cheap & not valuing their leaders

Review from Executive Dept · Posted a month ago

As my role has evolved and responsibilities have expanded, I don’t feel that compensation has fully reflected that progression. Greater transparency around compensation decisions and more regular adjustments tied

Review from Product Dept

Comparison with variety of competitor organizations

Review from Product Dept

TCB (or maybe HR) seems to pride itself on not paying market value for positions

Review from HR Dept

Simply based on experience, nature of role, compensation is lagging

Review from Product Dept

Yearly increment would be great to sustain and feel appreciated.

Review from Sales Dept

more competitive companesation relative to the market

Review from Business Development Dept

I feel that people should be paid more for the work that they do here. Also, there are example in which the the job description for one position is identical to the "senior" version of that job, yet their compensation is different. If one job constitutes higher pay, there should be differences.

Promotions are passed over despite significant growing contributions to strategic plan and mission,

Review from Operations Dept

I do not feel undervalued, however I think that the compensation needs to align with the amount of work that I do.

Review from Operations Dept

very low salary for an organization requiring employees to live and work in NYC, especially with the current inflation and post-COVID rent hike. I would not be able to afford to work here if not for supplemental income. Compensation is my biggest barrier to seeing myself here long-term.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Workload is unsustainable. pay increases should reflect cost of living increases.

Review from Product Dept

Annual raises don't keep up with inflation

Review from Customer Success Dept

Higher pay is #1. However, we also do not have the resources to do our jobs well. Our support departments are understaffed and do not have the resources to accomplish what is being asked of them. Also, I'd feel better about my pay if I wasn't constantly asked to do things outside my job description.
