Took nearly a month for the Property Manager to return my repaeted calls anf two in-person visits to address and resolve an issue, which was not resolved. Failed to live up to the values the company proclaims. Very disappointed.

I come from retail management. I got paid fairly well hourly (high teens/ low twenties). I liked everything I have been hearing but my only concern is being relied on bonuses to make up for the pay deduce as a sales. Any input?
