From 1997 to August 2000, he served as Vice President of Planning, Reporting & Treasury of Borders Group Inc., and served as its Vice President of Finance from 1994 to 1997. He also served in several senior executive posts at the Kmart Corporation from 1991 to 1994, after a successful, ten-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served as a Director of Book-A-Million Inc. from May 28, 2013 to December 10, 2015. He served as a Director of Biglari Holdings Inc. (also known as Steak N Shake Co) from March 20, 2006 to April 24, 2009 and Borders New Zealand Limited. Mr. Wilhelm is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds BS in Accounting from University Of Detroit Mercy.
