What do you like best about the leadership team?
Superviors are always one step away from you if help its needed , tgey proivide with the best advice and if theres something you dont understand , superviors will go far and beyond for you to understand , the managers , their work ethic is above amd beyond doe their employees and for the store.!

Most of them actually care about their employees and make sure everything is running smoothly. Most are also really fun people to be around.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
actually being leaders and displaying what they want, implementing goals and not being passive aggressive
To not harass employees, and give brakes when working eight hour shifts
Stop telling on eachother and blaming others for stuff that was done
What leadership team? Manager gives preferential treatment to personal friends even if not in companys best interest
Making sure team members seasonal or not have parking when working finish line macys. And we are still paid when we drop off deposit at closing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits package has grown tremendously over the years. One of my favorites is maternity AND paternity leave.
Pay is great & my insurance is amazing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher pay rate and coworkers to help with daily tasks
I feel like we should get more as retail. I feel like i am working reslly hard and people arent appreciative they think we are just running and getting them shoes but they drive hs crazy and end up buying nothing. Also, they throw shoes or dont value think we are just robots and so does the company.
I make myself fully available every week & cover shifts when co-workers cant make it. i asked for more responsability & was told i needed to be with the company for more time. Then new people are just brought in to fill the same positions which im told arent available.
Been there for 2years and can't get any PTO
I feel undervalued because I am not acknowledged for the hard work I do for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of my team is that i can walk into the store after a long day of school and they will motivate me to do my very best so i can crush the day at my highest work performance

We work very well together
We get along very well its the vibe where we can all talk about things and ask one another to do tasks without anyone feeling like we are being bossy we all help out and help each and every one oick up the bargen
We have a back or finding and developing great talent!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could all work better at being a team and posing sales. However, it is hard to do that in a toxic workplace
Area Managers and VP need to do a better job of making sure things are the same in every state

What did you like most about the interview process?
When i got interviewed work policy rules were given and explain to me in many difference ways and the way the store works , she cares a bunch for what she does and goes for and beyond for the new hires and we even get shown around the store the forst shift and eveyehting gets explain very well.

Being able to talk to a few of my friends and helping people with their needs
working with coworkers that understand each others jobs and how we can make things easier for each other
