A higher pay rate and coworkers to help with daily tasks
I feel like we should get more as retail. I feel like i am working reslly hard and people arent appreciative they think we are just running and getting them shoes but they drive hs crazy and end up buying nothing. Also, they throw shoes or dont value think we are just robots and so does the company.
I make myself fully available every week & cover shifts when co-workers cant make it. i asked for more responsability & was told i needed to be with the company for more time. Then new people are just brought in to fill the same positions which im told arent available.
Been there for 2years and can't get any PTO
I feel undervalued because I am not acknowledged for the hard work I do for the company.
A store manager should make at minimum $45,000.

I belive as a finishline worker we shoukd be abled to get a released shoe if we could most of the time we are unabled to buy a shoe that has been released bc there isnt enough pairs as a worker that values working at finishline i belive that is only fair and a good benefit for being good team player
Work to pay ratio is terrible
Over worked and under paid
