What did you like most about the interview process?
When i got interviewed work policy rules were given and explain to me in many difference ways and the way the store works , she cares a bunch for what she does and goes for and beyond for the new hires and we even get shown around the store the forst shift and eveyehting gets explain very well.

They ask you what is your favorite shoe its the fact that they want to know if you even have interest in shoes to see if youd be a good fit and that i like that
Higher leadership positions still do not put you through a ton of interviews.
