Been coming to The Greenbrier for 10-12 years and it has steadily lost its charm The lastest i cident we went tomoir room and found large amount of mold around shower desin complained and when we came back to room all they did was run water went down again to main chexk in talked ro manager again
They don't pay their bill. I've been owed for an invoice for over 6 months.
Management needs to oversee operations much more closely . Any request I have made they cannot comply. Made 3 requests of the concierge desk they were unable to do any of them . There are not enough places to eat lun without long waiting times. Don’t know why they do as well as they d
