Mr. Mark Wilson has been Head of Marine Claims at The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. since April 2011. Mr. Wilson is responsible for all aspects of personal lines business, including agency partnerships, for the Hanover's Michigan territory. With 25 years of experience on both the carrier and agency side of the business, Mr. Wilson joined The Hanover from the Farmers Insurance Company where he served as Assistant Vice President of the Kraft Lake Insurance Agency, a company-owned retail and wholesale brokerage operation focused on placing coverage for Farmers Insurance agents. Mr. Wilson served as Agency Manager for the Farm Bureau Insurance Company and Regional Sales Director for Nationwide Insurance Company.
