What's the office vibe like at The Home Depot?

People are very busy and sometimes get passionate about what they do, but it's otherwise pretty laid back and people take time out to have a bit of fun. People greet each other in the hallways and it's pretty friendly.

At my store... most of the higher up, behind the scenes mangers think they're better than you.

Good a lot of hardworking, dedicated people who do their best to make Home Depot a success.

Nothing but complaints about Managers from Store associates how they are treated and they are right

People generally like their jobs, but have become increasingly distrustful of our management team

Generally team effort office staff may well be out on floor helping out

Mixed positive culture depending on the audience
