For the last 3 years we have changed the culture here, again its not done it never will be, But what we are trying to build on is a place that is super collaborative, full of energy, fast paced, a good work to life balance, much like the agency world but with out the crazy pitch time lines, within in return has boosted our opportunity to build a stronger team that thinks outside the box.

Co workers are nice. Would be an excellent idea to have cashiers submit a review of the head cashier/ front end supervisor. Co workers are diverse which is nice. Fustrating when co workers don't show up, but that would change with better wages !

Seemed some were kept there just because they showed up. Werent knowledgeable about products sold didnt seem interested in business needs and some are put in leadership roles just to fill a void. Not good in training new employees. Favoritism was definite.

They are very smart and most have a sharp and sometimes a little acidic sense of humor, which I like. The long-time ones tend to be a bit jaded, though. They all take the company values seriously.

That's a strange vague question. Some of my coworkers are hard working and dedicated to the company vision. Some of my coworkers seem to be a little to social at work.

Some work hard some steal company time and no discipline. Typical Home Depot atmosphere as long as you are “special” hard work does not pay off.

most of them are great, the managers not so much and anyone having issues can get crabby
