What part of The Home Depot's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?

.com sales are growing fast. In my store picking orders for bopis and the computer system. Are the most difficult parts. Not having enough people working in order pulling and the transition from ESVS to order up is really hard

Building material always moves where I work. Keeping track of their shrinkage is a problem. I was never told how to handle empty packaging other than to throw it away.

The Pro desk was growing. We should have appliances on hand like Lowes does.
