
I would put more qualified help on the floor. I would put people back to full-time so they would want to stay. Pay people a wage they can live on.
I would get rid of laziness and show some love to the hard working employees. Loyalty means nothing .
Expectations need to be set first before holding someone accountable. So management need to be on same page.
Make the executives talk to each other more often. There is often a lot of conflict/competition between them
Too much management per district. they offer no value, and get paid far more than store level associates
Get rid of lazy and negative people, because they affect company morale
