Home Depot will do well , but if Home Depot want to be GREAT they have to diversify their talent pool , gender , race etc on ever level & have a panel or Committee of leaders that can and will make changes on any associate concerns/issues on all levels including managers with retaliation or siding with the company as HRM does , new open door policy for the associates.

If everything catches up on how they are being Bias to their employees probably not a good thing .
