    The reason I would leave my job is because of the level of nonprofessional in the center. There isn’t room for growth, I dislike being on the phones 8hrs...working with systems that need big improvements in order to better help the customers.

    If somebody was willing to pay me more and work fewer hours but even then it would have to be a really good job with the same work environment
