What would cause you to leave your job at The Home Depot?

The reason I would leave my job is because of the level of nonprofessional in the center. There isn’t room for growth, I dislike being on the phones 8hrs...working with systems that need big improvements in order to better help the customers.

If somebody was willing to pay me more and work fewer hours but even then it would have to be a really good job with the same work environment

Better Pay, Better hours same pay, Work from home. Finally get the lottery numbers that match the winning numbers.

Mistreatment by management/ co workers , higher pay better benefits, higher diversity level , better work/ personal life balance x

my job was eliminated in the stores and the new manager used that as an opportunity to lay me off

If they were not flexible with my hours but since they are it is not a problem.

Favoritism and not getting recognized for a job well done

tired of the stress that was caused by leaders

More money better hours more perks
