
At one time it was fair for new associates, now the company gets what they pay for. Often times that is no experience, no clue about retail, and not interested in the company vision. A few think they are only sales people, not grunts also.
Currently pretty descent compensation package... they aresupposed to be changing the pay structure soon... but only rumor at this point... probably going to happen tho...
$12 to $15 for depts. About $16 to $18 for specialists.
